Dr. Giuseppe Guglielmi is a Professor of Radiology at the University of Foggia and the Scientific Institute Hospital in San Giovanni Rotondo, Italy. He is also a Professor of Radiology at the Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel" in Tirana, Albania. His primary focus is on musculoskeletal radiology, with a particular emphasis on metabolic bone disease. Additionally, he serves as a research associate with the Osteoporosis and Arthritis Research Group in the Department of Radiology at the University of California, San Francisco.
In recent years, Dr. Guglielmi has made significant contributions in the field of forensic radiology and currently leads the Italian team in the European multicenter project on post-mortem Angio-CT. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the British Journal of Radiology/Case Reports and the Editor-in-Chief of the musculoskeletal section for EURORAD. He also serves on the editorial boards of several prestigious journals including La Radiologia Medica, Skeletal Radiology, European Radiology, European Journal of Radiology, British Journal of Radiology, Journal of Clinical Densitometry, Current Radiology Reports, Journal of Forensic Radiology and Imaging, and Singapore Medical Journal. Dr. Guglielmi is also a manuscript reviewer for numerous leading journals such as Radiology, RadioGraphics, European Radiology, Calcified Tissue International, Osteoporosis International, and more.

Regarding Medical Physics:
At our center, we conduct quality assurance for radiotherapy, radiology, and nuclear medicine. We offer treatment plans for radiotherapy including 3D, IMRT, ARRC therapy, stereotactic therapy, and patient dosimetry in radionuclide therapy.

Radiation Therapy Unit: The Radiation Therapy Unit is equipped with two cutting-edge linear accelerators (LINAC-Varian) and a Canon simulation CT scanner. We focus on treating a wide variety of conditions, including breast, prostate, colorectal, gynecological, hematological, and head and neck neoplasms, along with brain and osseous metastases. The techniques employed include:
For enhanced treatment precision, PET and MRI images are fused with simulation CT scans to provide accurate and comprehensive treatment planning.
