The following “Dos and Don’ts” are part of the binding agreement between you and other users (collectively, “Users”) of our website (“Site”) and services (“Services”) entered with Trialect Incorporation (“we,” “us,” “our,” and “Trialect”) when you accepted the terms of our User Agreement.
Do:
- Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy and regulatory requirements.
- De-identify all patient information you post on the Site.
- Protect sensitive personal information when posting content.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Review and comply with our Privacy Policy and User Agreement.
- Review our content complaint procedures.
- Comply with all notices from Trialect.
- Use the Services in a professional and transparent manner.
Don’t:
- Disclose identifiable patient information.
- Post inappropriate, inaccurate, or objectionable content.
- Use the Site for political favors or violate the User Agreement.
- Include personal data in non-designated fields.
- Create fake or proxy profiles.
- Harass or spam other users.
- Upload non-headshot profile images or impersonate others.
- Disclose content you don’t have the right to share.
- Upload viruses or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.
- Solicit users or post promotional content without authorization.
- Access Trialect using bots or unauthorized methods.
- Scrape or collect data without permission.
- Disrupt or game the platform in any way.
Complaints Regarding Content Posted on the Trialect Website
Trialect was built to help users advance their careers by participating in clinical trials. Users must share truthful and accurate information and respect intellectual property rights.
