Techniques You Will Learn

Experimental techniques you will learn during your program here:

Effect of different drugs in the treatment of different diseases.
Clinical trial of different probiotics compared to the existing antibiotics.
Human gene sequencing.
Study on the inborn error of metabolism.
Research on autism.
Epidemiological studies on different topics including public health, nutrition, nursing, climate change and environment.
Hospital based research
Application of artificial intelligence, telemedicine, and digital health in our existing health system.

Modules

6-12 weeks curriculum

Fellows will be assisted in adjusting to their new surroundings (find appropriate accommodation and locate amenities). There will be desk space available. The organization's designated staff and I will provide full induction (safety, laboratory procedures, and personal welfare). I will schedule an initial meeting with the fellow to review the training objectives.

The fellow will be fully trained in all organizationalactivities. They will be able to participate in various research activities alongside me (supervisor) and other members of the organization. Depending on their interests, they can also participate in clinical research and write a manuscript during their stay.

The fellow will be able to regularly engage in group meetings and other academic events within the organization, such as seminars and conferences. They will also be encouraged to give an oral presentation of their work at a town meeting at least once before the end of their stay. I may meet with the fellow near the end of the training to discuss plans to report their clinical work (if enough data is collected) or disseminate their results at a potential conference.

Any particular issues or unique requests of a fellow will be thoroughly considered during the training to ensure an attentive, appropriate, and adequate training plan is established for them.

This program allows Merit Applications. If you successfully are awarded a merit application - Trialect will take care of all bench and service fees, but you will have to take care of travel and accommodation. All applications will be scrutinized under the merit category. Considering 50 million health professionals around the world, the chances of getting selected under the merit category would be very low.
