Tasks and Timeline:

Module 1: National and International guidelines on Infection prevention and control

This course aims to update their knowledge in keeping with the recommendations of the latest national and international guidelines

Module 2: Clinics and most up dated therapy

In this course, we will learn how to recognize and differentiate some of the most common and dangerous infections of global health concern; and what are the best evidence-based treatment available

Module 3: Transmission dynamics

In this course, we will learn the basics of infectious diseases dynamics and the current knowledge in controlling it

Module 4: epidemiology of Infectious Diseases

In this course, we will learn the basics of epidemiology of infectious diseases

Module 5: case studies from most recent infectious diseases outbreak *

In this course, we will learn how to early detect an outbreak, to respond promptly to infectious hazards and how to manage cases in order to stop the outbreak

Module 6: Risk communication on Infectious hazards

In this course, we will learn how to inform, counsel, monitor, and manage health professional’s response to an outbreak
