This program allows Merit Applications. This program allows merit-based applications for virtual and onsite clinical and research programs. If you are successfully awarded under this category, Trialect or the host mentor will cover the tuition fee only. All applications will be evaluated based on merit. Due to the high level of competition, the chances of being selected under the merit category are quite limited.

Midfoot approach for complex forefoot deformities. Excellent experience. I have certainly altered many techniques in my daily practice after this fellowship with Dr. Klaue. This has been a great fellowship. I worked along with Dr. K. Klaue. We had plenty of time to discuss foot and ankle pathologies in a comprehensive way. I participated in many surgeries, but the highlight was the thorough clinical examination and decision-making, which is the most difficult part of the foot and ankle.

It was an amazing experience and a great opportunity to be a fellow of Professor Kaj Klaue! I learned a lot of new things and it really changed the way I evaluate not only the foot and the ankle but also the whole lower limp! I really suggest Trialect's Foot and Ankle traveling fellowship program!

How can I contact the host to defing the traineenship timing?

For those who are under the priority category, the candidates will be connected to the host for scheduling as soon as the payment is made.

I was inquiring about your fellowship opportunity, is this something D.P.M.'s can attend

Our fellowship is something DPM’s can attend. About 15 DPM’s have spent some time (1-2 months in average) to follow our clinical activity

When are the possible dates for this opportunity?

Yes, it will start in August 2021 up until August 2022. You have a flexible schedule, in that, you can work with the host mentor and pick a suitable time for you and the host, but you have to complete the program within the next two years from the time we connect you to the host mentor.

With the ongoing pandemic, what are the chances that i can travel to Switzerland?

Education visas are being issued by many European countries, and we expect the candidates to travel by Dec 2021. The host institution has issued invitation letters to the candidates to travel in Dec 2021

If i am selected under priority category, can i request for the letter of invitation before payment

You will be issued a letter of invitation-only after the payment for the priority category.

Any upper age limit for the training?

No.

What is the difference between the Priority category and the sponsored category?

Which visa should i apply for?

You have to contact the Switzerland Embassy in your country or the host institute. In the past, Student visa was considered by some

Do I need a language certification document to participate?

The language of instruction is English for all programs on Trialect. However, it will be good if you can speak some local language to interact in the meetings as well as with the patients.
