Modules

6-12 weeks curriculum

Upon successful registration with us, the candidates will go through orientation and familiarization to adjust in the new environment. They will be assisted in finding the right accommodation and in settling down. One of our officers will guide them in registration and other formalities. We will meet up with the candidates and discuss all aspect of the research to be carried, objectives, timeline and expectations. We will make sure that the candidates fully understand and are comfortable with the project that they will carry out. On site trainings and workshops will be conducted for the candidates in order to carry out the research. Apart from these the candidates will also be going through safety training and biohazard handing.

We will also provide basic research design, methodology and ethics workshops. The candidates are given opportunity to carry out research project with help of assistance and guidance from our senior officers. There will be regular weekly discussion, presentations and knowledge sharing, where the candidates can join and share their experiences and findings. Weekly Individual meeting with candidates will be done in order to discuss and analyse their data, the achieved objectives, progress and any constrains faced by candidate.

Candidates will be able to join the academic and research activities open to the faculty members. We strongly encourage the candidate to take part in activities hosted by our research team or even by the Faculty, such as innovation competitions, research presentations, manuscript and grant writing, etc.

Upon completion of their training, candidates are expected to present their findings and experiences. Possible publication and presentation of their findings at conferences will be discussed. candidates will be guided in selecting future and carrier development paths and also in creating a professional network.
