Our research interests are highly multidisciplinary, linking the fundamental social and genetic aspects and living environment to human development, health outcomes, and complex disorders across the life span. The research can be conducted at various levels, from DNA to individuals and families to community and culture.
The program is designed to provide cross-disciplinary research training through individual mentorship rather than modular teaching. The program will focus on specific research projects from design, data collection, and quality control to analysis, in which human development and health conditions (including various diseases) are the ultimate outcomes.
