The ISSLS Young Investigator Travel Grant of US$1,000.00 assists young researchers and clinicians with registration, travel and accommodation costs associated with attending the ISSLS Annual Meeting.
In 2025, 15 travel grants will be offered to young investigators whose abstracts have been submitted for the ISSLS Annual Meeting in Atlanta, USA in 2025.
Must not be a member of ISSLS
Must not have previously attended an in-person ISSLS Annual Meeting
Must be submitting abstract as the presenting/first author
Must be under the age of 40 and is either;
a Post Graduate student,
has acquired MD or PhD degree and completed 4 years of residency of post doc training
Be an independent researcher (holds own lab, and/or a command of their own grant/finance)
Must attend and present abstract at the ISSLS Annual Meeting in Atlanta, USA in 2025. If you are not the first author on the submitted abstract, you are not eligible for this award. Strictly no changes to authorship can be made following submission.
