This NOFO may be awarded to a single or multiple recipients to provide tailored technical assistance (TA) to the Ministry of Health (MOH) to implement quality HIV and TB programs to close case finding, prevention, treatment, and data use gaps in the following areas: Targeted HIV diagnosis, care & treatment (C&T), retention, and viral load (VL) suppression/early infant diagnosis (EID) monitoring, a focus on adult males, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and maternal and child health servicesTB symptom screening, diagnostic evaluation, routine TB preventative therapy, and HIV advance disease management including cryptococcal disease prevention and treatmentTargeted HIV prevention interventions including pre-exposure prophylaxis for eligible populations and improving access to post-exposure prophylaxis, gender-based violence (GBV), adolescent girls and young women programming (including youth friendly clinics), and key populations Integration of non-communicable disease into HIV care especially among aging people living with HIVScreening and management of women living with HIV for Cervical CancerSupport country’s goal of triple elimination of HIV, Hepatitis, and Syphilis.
