The Rural Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Planning and Development supports organizations in the development or expansion of sustainable PACE programs to improve delivery of comprehensive medical and social services tailored to the needs of elderly individuals in rural areas.
Generally, you may not submit multiple applications under the same unique entity identifier (UEI) number or employer identification number (EIN). However, we recognize a trend toward consolidation within the rural health care industry and the possibility that multiple organizations may share the same UEI or EIN with their parent organization. You may only submit multiple applications under the same UEI or EIN if each application proposes a distinct project. Interested applicants from within Duke should contact fundopps@duke.edu as early as possible.
