This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) solicits applications for a Coordinating Center to be part of an implementation and evidence generation pilot program of population genomic screening for common, actionable genomic conditions predominantly in the primary care setting. This NOFO runs in parallel with companion NOFOs that invite applications for the Clinical Groups (RFA-HG-24-021) and the Sequencing Center (RFA-HG-24-023).
