This FOA is for STEM education programs and activities, which is formal or informal education that is primarily focused on physical and natural sciences, technology, engineering, social sciences, and mathematics disciplines, topics, or issues (including environmental science education or stewardship).

This announcement will remain open for approximately one (1) year from the date of publication, or until replaced by a successor. FOA proposals may be submitted at any time during this period. Selections for award will be made throughout this FOA open period of April 5, 2024 through April 4, 2025. The Government reserves the right not to review white papers or full proposals submitted after April 4, 2025, or after a successor to this FOA is issued, whichever occurs first
All responsible sources from academia, non-profit organization and industry (for-profit) organizations may submit applications under this FOA. Foreign entities will be considered.
