The purpose of the Disability and Rehabilitation Research Projects (DRRPs) is to achieve the goals of and improve the effectiveness of services authorized under the Rehabilitation Act, by generating new knowledge, or developing methods, procedures, and rehabilitation technologies that advance a wide range of outcomes among people with disabilities, especially people with disabilities who have the greatest support needs. Under this particular DRRP priority, the grantee must conduct research toward resilience and positive mental health outcomes among people with spinal cord injury. This grant will have a 60-month project period, with five 12-month budget periods.
